I also have a 64 Bit Win7 and Notes 8.5.2 SP1.
However, my "Login to Notes using..." was not checked in security settings. I re-ran the setup and uninstalled that feature.
It's still grayed out. Looking at enabling Shared Login with a security settings document.
This however is a little larger endeavor. I don't want to create problems for end users.
